Well I started before but I finished it today and relised I havn't wrote the starting date.
I would like to say...over 100 deviants! This is like the 103 or 104 but I just wanted to say that.
Rayquaza the lord of the sky. Can someone explain to me why Rayquaza is always in a thunderstorm? Maybe he just looks better in one. I would have had this done ages ago but the backgorund took some time to so. I hate backgrounds. And doing stars! It'll be easy to do with digital art, but sadly I can't and don't have a programm or one of those pen and pad things to make it easier. I'm ranting. I'll stop.
EDIT : Whoops! It looks too crooked and there's a folded bit of paper! Dang.
